Information we handle

Waitlist and inquiry forms collect your email and any optional name, interests, notes, context, or challenge you choose to share. Preview access also uses your invitation, account tier and status, sign-in tokens, and session records. Studio processes the answers, instructions, drafts, and other content you deliberately provide so Flo can respond and create the work you request.

The service also processes limited technical information needed for security and operation, including timestamps, request data, essential cookies, and one-way hashed identifiers in operational logs. The public site uses aggregate web analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to manage requests and invitations, provide and secure the preview, operate Studio and Portal access, respond to inquiries, diagnose failures, and improve the product. Waitlist details are not added to an unrelated marketing sequence. Vizionflo does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Information is processed only where needed by infrastructure and delivery providers, including Vercel for hosting and analytics, Neon for preview account and private waitlist data, Resend for transactional email, and the configured AI model providers when you ask Studio to generate or transform content. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply to their processing.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only while they support the request, preview access, security, contractual needs, or applicable legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw a waitlist request. Removing an active preview account may also remove access to its associated workspace.

Children and changes

Vizionflo is not directed to children under 13. If this notice changes materially, the updated date will change and important changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
